Love Is Light

What is love that one should find or lose it?

Is it a pit that one could fall in?

Or eyes that could be blinded?

One cannot imagine light until one sees it,

Nor know light til one feels it,

Yet even upon the highest hill,

Light is higher and brighter still,

Than man can ever know,

Such is love.
